Refund Policy

We honour full refunds (minus payment processing fees) for cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date. Between 3–7 days, a 50% refund applies. Within 72 hours of the event, refunds are unavailable but seat transfers to a future workshop are permitted. Please email hello@theevolveproject.in to request a refund or transfer.
